COVID-19 Cleaning Measures
The elephant in the room
In circumstances where it is necessary for you to work in other people's homes — such as for nannies, cleaners, or tradespeople — you can do so (www.gov.uk). We have implemented enhanced cleaner COVID measures to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. Daily temperature checks are conducted before our cleaners arrive at your home as part of our cleaning services safety protocols.
We provide PPE for all of our cleaners and kindly ask both customers and cleaners to maintain social distancing during cleaning sessions. Moreover, we continue to follow government advice regarding face coverings.
For our customers, we kindly ask that you inform us immediately if anyone in your home shows symptoms or has been instructed to self-isolate due to COVID-19. Please maintain social distancing and stay in another room whenever possible. We also recommend minimizing close contact in tight spaces while the cleaner is working, and opening windows for ventilation during service. Vulnerable customers should isolate in another room or schedule their cleaning when they are not home.
Safety is our top priority, and we adhere to rigorous COVID-19 cleaning protocols. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.
